1. Sign In

Use the email that you used to register for your gazhoo account and enter your password. Your email address is your user name. If you have forgotten either your ID or Password, click on the "forgot your password" link and follow the instructions.

2. How do I Change My User Information?

After loggin in, click on your user name as show in the top-left side of the screen under the Gazhoo logo. You will be taken to the page where you can edit your profile.

3. How Do I Buy Documents?

Put documents into your Cart.
Go to your Cart to review document(s) to be purchased then click on “Buy It”.
Click on the Money Bookers logo to make purchases by secure credit card processing.
When payment is complete, you can download your purchases in the “My Downloads” section.

4. Return Policy

Gazhoo does not have a return policy for Documents and documents that are purchased. In some cases, where there was something wrong with the file, we may reverse the transaction. However, this will be at the sole discretion of Gazhoo. If you have a question or problem related to returns, please contact our Customer Support.

5. How do I rate documents?

Ratings can be posted for any documents that you have purchased. Go into “My Documents” and click on “Post a Review”.
Please note, that Gazhoo reserves the right to remove or modify comments or reviews left on the site if they are considered damaging or inappropriate

6. Important Note Regarding Sales Resulting from Credit Cards

If your content is purchased by another user with the use of a credit card Gazhoo reserves the right to withhold your right to withdraw any funds for a period of at least two (2) months. The time period that the funds may be held by Gazhoo could be longer and will be determined at the sole discretion of Gazhoo.

7. How Do I Sell Documents?

Log in
Click on “Upload”
Select the files you want to sell from your PC. To select multiple files, use the ctrl or shift key on your PC, or apple or shift key on your Mac.
Enter relevant information on your documents e.g. description, tags, price, copyright, etc.
Click “Upload”

8. Do My Listings Listings Appear Immediately?

No. All uploads will be reviewed by our staff and will take about 12 hours to appear on the site. You can check the status of your pending uploads in the “My Gazhoo” section.

9. How Do I Edit a Listing (price, info, tags, etc.)?

Log in
Click on “My Uploads”
Click on the “Edit” or “Delete” icon to the far right-hand side
For Editing, enter new information
Click on “Save”

10. What Can’t Be Uploaded/Listed?

You can’t upload anything that you don’t own copyrights
Any file format not acceptable on Gazhoo

11. How Do I Get Paid?

Go into “My Gazhoo”
Click on “Cash Balance”
Click on “Withdraw Funds”
Read instructions carefully and enter amount to be withdrawn.

12. Gazhoo Fees

Gazhoo charges 30% fee on the gross sales of your documents i.e. if you sell a document for $2.00, you will receive $1.40.

13. What About Taxes?

Gazhoo sellers agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding their listings and the sale of their items. Sellers shall be responsible for collecting, reporting and remitting all federal, state and local taxes based on the sale of any Product, including any tax currently in existence or hereafter created.
