I made this powerpoint for a presentation to my fellow co-workers as a morale-booster- reminding my staff of where they've been as nurses, where they are today, and where they might be headed.
It could also be used to teach students or new employees that there are many stages in developing a person's career. A process that needs to be carefully tended to so that pitfalls can be quickly avoided to ensure success!
