Description

The Model is a template; it allows you to simply plug in variables in order to automatically calculate Discounted Cashflow (DCF), Pre and Post-money valuation, Enterprise Value (EV), Price per Share, IRR, etc.

The Model includes the following sheets: Summary, Cap Table, Assumptions pages, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cashflows, Depreciation Table, Amortization Table, Debt, DCF, IRR, Venture Capital Method Valuation, Comparable Companies Valuation, et al.
